Job Summary
Deliver prompt and friendly customer service, handle transactions accurately, and ensure sales clerks receive required breaks. Manage inventory replenishment, maintain clean and well-stocked department fixtures, and train new employees on department responsibilities. Collaborate with store management to build teamwork and pride of ownership. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic leadership skills. Experience in retail cashier or sales associate positions is essential, with prior work at Target, Walgreens, or Fred Meyer being an asset. Schedule includes Monday through Saturday hours, with potential Sunday coverage.
