Job Summary
Deliver prompt and friendly service to customers while precisely handling transactions and ensuring sales clerks receive required breaks. Manage inventory replenishment, maintain clean and well-stocked department fixtures, and train new employees on department responsibilities. Build teamwork and pride of ownership by collaborating closely with store management. Prioritize workload, solve customer problems, and engage with diverse individuals to maintain high customer service standards. This role supports Bi-Mart's community-focused mission of providing real values on name brand products for Northwest families.
