Job Summary
Deliver prompt, friendly service to customers at the sporting goods counter while handling precise transactions, including age-restricted items. Manage daily inventory replenishment and stocking, and maintain merchandise displays to support the store's high customer service standards. Execute cashiering duties and ensure accurate handling of all customer interactions. This role supports Bi-Mart's community-focused mission by providing real values on outdoor and automotive products to local families.

- The ability to communicate well verbally and in writing

- The ability to be precise, set priorities, and organize workload

- Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, courtesy clerk, or other retail positions
- Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons
- Knowledge and experience with camping and other outdoor hobbies
