Job Summary
Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun while teaching and demonstrating core concepts including sportsmanship values. Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills. This hands-on role drives a positive youth sports culture on the field for kids ages 3-17 across popular sports like soccer, basketball, and flag football. The position requires sport-specific coaching experience and the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and evenings for the full season duration.
Required Qualifications
