Job Summary
Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun while teaching core concepts and demonstrating sportsmanship values. Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills. This hands-on role directly leads athletes and provides expert instruction in soccer to drive a positive youth sports culture. Work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings for the full season duration.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
