Job Summary
Sport Instructor leads athletes and provides expert instruction in designated sport, driving a positive youth sports culture on the field. Responsibilities include leading practice sessions focused on fundamentals and skill development, teaching core concepts including sportsmanship, communicating game day information to players and parents, and maintaining a positive attitude and superior customer service. Works with youth athletes across popular sports (flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball) with online training opportunities and a season duration of ~7 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
