Job Summary
The Volunteer Coach is responsible for leading practice sessions that focus on fundamentals, skill development, and fun for young athletes. The role requires teaching and demonstrating core concepts, including sportsmanship values, and effectively communicating game day information to players and parents. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and sport-specific coaching experience. This part-time position offers flexible weekend hours in an environment that prioritizes children's enjoyment in sports.
Required Qualifications

- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
