Job Summary
The Sports Instructor leads practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun; teaches and demonstrates core concepts including sportsmanship values; communicates game day information to players and parents; maintains a consistently positive attitude and delivers superior customer service; coaches youth athletes in Baseball and related sports through i9 Sports’ programs, with online training opportunities and a focus on building coaching skills and serving as a positive role model for young athletes.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
