Job Summary
Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun while teaching core concepts including sportsmanship values. Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills to drive a positive youth sports culture on the field. Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms. This role impacts the lives of young athletes and builds coaching skills within a team-based atmosphere. Full-time position with a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings for the duration of the ~7-week season.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
