Job Summary
Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun while teaching and demonstrating core concepts including sportsmanship values. Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills. This hands-on role directly provides the i9 Sports Experience and drives a positive youth sports culture on the field for athletes ages 3-17. Work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings for the full duration of the season, approximately seven weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
