Job Summary
Partner with SEG Wealth Advisors to grow regional revenues, expand solutions for existing clients, and secure new prospects within the sports, music, and film industries. Execute transactions, draft marketing materials, and support new business development and due diligence under limited supervision. Negotiate, structure, and underwrite complex credits while ensuring holistic risk management through collaboration with specialists and IRM partners. Coach support professionals, lead cross-functional relationships, and provide tactical competitive analysis to the regional leadership team. Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and industry dynamics to act as a trusted advisor to affluent, high net worth clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 or more years of experience in banking, investment and financial planning with an emphasis on sales and relationship management of complex and sensitive accounts and business development within a similarly complex market
- 3 or more years of experience in complex credit solutions with corporate banking clients and in the Sports & Entertainment industry
- A thorough understanding of a broad range of financial planning and investment concepts and an advanced working knowledge of retail banking and trust and fiduciary services
- Advance and proven knowledge of deposit, credit and investment products
- Successful track record using interpersonal, sales, presentation and relationship management skills previously demonstrated in wealth management in the high net worth marketplace
- Excellent written, verbal, problem solving, and analytical skills with an ability to coach teammates to be the same caliber
- Ability to thrive and be an active participate on a national team
- Continuously act as a culture champion that is aligned with Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check
- Ability to engage in substantial travel, often overnight

Desired Qualifications
- FINRA: Series 65 or 66, Life, and Health and Insurance
- Completion or enrollment in professional level certification programs such as CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CFP, CTFA, CPA, etc..
