Job Summary
The Sports Coordinator will enhance the i9 Sports experience for players and coaches by building relationships with players, parents, and coaches, ensuring instructional aspects are delivered, and supervising game-day operations. Responsibilities include empowering volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focused on fundamentals and fun; teaching core concepts including sportsmanship; observing, assessing, and assisting coaches across age groups; and maintaining a positive attitude with strong customer service. This role requires effective communication, sport-specific coaching knowledge, and the ability to manage a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings.
