Job Summary
The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. Build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional aspects are delivered. Observe, assess, and assist coaches; involved hands-on with practices and games across age groups and skill levels. Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun. Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values. Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day. Maintain a positive attitude and superior customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Sport-specific coaching experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season)
