Job Summary
Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun while teaching core concepts including sportsmanship values. Supervise the overall operation of designated sports on game day and observe, assess, and assist coaches to ensure the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills while building relationships with players, parents, and coaches. Requires awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety. Must be at least 18 years old with sport-specific coaching experience and excellent communication skills. Work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings for the full duration of the season, approximately seven weeks.
