Job Summary
Sport Coordinator manages youth baseball and other sports programs, empowers volunteer coaches, oversees practices and games, emphasizes sportsmanship and safety, builds relationships with players, parents, and coaches, and ensures delivery of instructional activities; requires excellent communication, sport-specific coaching experience, ability to supervise game-day operations, and availability on weekends and some evenings.
