Spooler Operator

Job Summary
Operate tubular wire spooler packaging process on 1st shift; perform machine setup/changeovers per specifications; monitor quality checks and visually inspect products; enter quality checks into Route Card; place nonconforming products on hold; monitor spooler to ensure quality production; report maintenance issues; maintain housekeeping; communicate with PCs, Team Leads, Process Techs, Maintenance, and other team members; must lift ~65 pounds repeatedly and uphold safety and attendance standards; bring spooling experience and a strong attitude for teamwork and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Spooling experience.
- Ability to meet production rates.
- Able to lift approx. 65 pounds continually.
- Possess excellent time management skills.
- Able to meet expectations for safety and attendance.
- Possess an excellent quality record.
- Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and teamwork skills.
