Job Summary
Monitor and inspect spool box inventory at each station to determine restocking needs. Collect supplies and assemble spools in a designated area, then restock inventory before moving to spooling stations. Maintain the Spool Making area clean and tidy daily. Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. This role requires sustained standing, fine motor skills, and attention to detail, with moderate to high noise levels and exposure to moving mechanical parts. Applicants need a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1 years' experience related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to stand for sustained periods of time
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
- Visual acuity is required
