Job Summary
Complete training on SponsorUnited's in-venue scouting methods and standards, then attend live sports, entertainment, and cultural events in your local market. Collect all visible sponsorship activity at the venue and input the gathered information into the SponsorUnited sponsorship database. This 6-month unpaid internship requires living within one hour of assigned venues with reliable transportation and access to working technology. Participants earn academic credit where applicable and receive all event tickets and venue access costs at no expense. Successful completion may qualify you for the Alumni Network of Scouts, offering paid, as-needed opportunities to continue documenting brand partnerships and contributing to the growing sponsorship database.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a college student
- Must live in a target market or within 1 hour of event venues, with reliable transportation and easy access
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in pursuing a career in the sports and entertainment industry
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in completing assignments
- Access to working technology (smartphone and computer)
