Job Summary
Senior Associate, Sponsorships in International Consumer Bank: Own central sponsorship strategy and execution across markets and brands, including evaluation, scoping, governance, and measurement. Collaborate with markets and brand teams to scope, evaluate, activate, implement, amplify, and report on sponsorship rights/assets. Manage contracts, governance, and processes; lead planning of rights, assets, hospitality, and ticketing; act as a Centre of Excellence for best practices and industry insights; coordinate with internal/external partners and agency teams to ensure sponsorship value is delivered. Ideal candidate brings strong sports marketing knowledge, experience in sponsorship management, data literacy, project management, and the ability to operate in multinational environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in sponsorship management, partnership marketing, or related roles
- Demonstrable knowledge of sports marketing, sponsorship principles, and industry best practices
