Job Summary
Support the Designated Institutional Official in leading all Full Circle Health Graduate Medical Education programs by acting as a liaison to Residency Program Directors, Program Coordinators, Fellowship Directors, and trainees. Serve as a role model for Program Coordinators and support the Graduate Medical Education Committee. Plan and organize residency needs and activities, establish work priorities, and ensure completion of all tasks. Apply regulatory requirements at the residency and fellowship program level while utilizing proficiency in web-based report systems and electronic residency selection platforms. Maintain high attention to detail and organization skills within a hybrid onsite and remote schedule in Boise, ID.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum seven years of progressive experience in Graduate Medical Education administration
- Experience supporting ACGME accredited residency and/or fellowship programs
- Teaching Administrator in Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) certification
- Deep familiarity with ACGME institutional and common program requirements
- Demonstrated leadership, project management and process improvement experience
- A desire to serve in the arenas of graduate medical education and, primary care for the uninsured, underserved and vulnerable populations of the greater Treasure Valley
- Great attention to detail and organization skills
- Computer sophistication and ability to manipulate web-based report systems
- Ability to plan and organize residency needs and activities, establish work priorities and provide follow through to ensure completion of activities
- Knowledge of, or ability to become fully competent in computer programs essential to the Residency program, including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook), the Electronic Residency Selection System (ERAS), Thalamus, New Innovations, National Residency Matching Program (NRMP), ACGME Web ADS
- adaptability to new computer applications, programs and tools
- Ability to understand and apply regulatory requirements at the residency and fellowship program level
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with administrative personnel, physicians and other program personnel, trainee/prospective trainees, staff and other constituents, in written communications, and oral presentations
- Interpersonal skills working with residents and others in an environment of high intensity and stress
- Our office is located in Boise, ID
- The schedule is hybrid of onsite and locally remote; Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm
