Partner with SSVA to establish a strong match based on compatibility, lifestyle, and interests. Earn approximately $48,000-$124,000 annually on a biweekly basis, with payments adjusted by the support needs of the individual served and program funding levels. You must be 21 or older, hold a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate at least six months of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Free required training and ongoing professional support are provided to licensed providers.
