Job Summary
Sponsored Residential Providers partner with Support Services of Virginia as independent subcontractors to support adults with intellectual disabilities in home-based settings. Programs include flexible home environments, biweekly payments, free training, and licensing compliance. Required Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Be active within their local community
- Have at least six months of professional or personal experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, preferably adults
- Be comfortable using technology and electronic systems
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills
