Job Summary
Role focuses on managing sponsor-backed client relationships within Global Services; responsibilities include defining client support strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring SLAs and quality, serving as escalation point, owning performance metrics (CSAT, NPS, KPIs), leading governance and communications, and collaborating with Sponsor Payments Executives and portfolio bankers. Requires 8+ years in client support or customer success, 3–5 years leading leaders, strong communication and relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making; MBA or Project Management Certification is a plus; experience with Financial Sponsor and Portfolio Company ecosystems (Private Equity, Family Office, Venture Capital) is preferred.
