Job Summary
Provide informal counseling, support daily living needs like hygiene and medication, and assist clients with community outings and medical tasks. Operate agency vehicles for transportation, manage documentation including behavior tracking and incident reports, and perform physical care such as transferring, positioning, and tube feeding. Utilize equipment like Hoyer lifts and suction machines while maintaining positive behavior support under Program Supervisor supervision. Work assigned shifts in King, Snohomish, or Spokane counties. Starting wage is $22.10 per hour with potential increases to $26.70.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Have a Washington State Driver's license able to be covered on Alpha Supported Living Services' automobile insurance plan based upon driving record
- Background inquiry clearance from an authorized state agency

- Knowledge of personal care, emotional support, and medical administrations practices
- Ability to motivate, develop, and provide instructional support to clients
- Basic ability to use laptops, desktop, or tablet to complete computer tasks
