Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC) providing diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in-person at SNF/LTC facilities, collaborating with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff; documents remotely in Athena I EMR; WA licensure required; Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling; NPI; Medicaid/Medicare credentialing advantageous; vaccinations/TB test, CPR/AED/First Aid certification may be required; bilingual Spanish a plus; generous base salary with incentives, PTO, CEU support, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and WA licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent written communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
