Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end MS 365 migration program for Capco, overseeing delivery, timelines, and executive reporting. Manage migration strategy (cutover, hybrid, staged), build playbooks, and align with program goals. Oversee delivery across AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Apps; identify blockers and map technical readiness. Provide deep technical guidance during pilot, rollout, and cutover; troubleshoot escalations. Identify technical risks (identity, mail routing, DNS) and design mitigation plans. Align migration success criteria through technical validation checkpoints with QA Lead and team members. Deliver executive dashboards, migration progress, and adoption metrics. Own stabilization phase, defect closure, and handover to support, including technical tuning, performance validation, and transition to operations.
