Job Summary
Spiritual Counselor for Hospice teams, delivering spiritual care aligned with patient and family beliefs within an interdisciplinary care setting in the Austin area. Responsibilities include providing compassionate spiritual support to patients and families, and collaborating with organizations and community clergy. Must be licensed or ordained by a major religious body; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to conduct a clean background, drug screen, and driving check. Prefer 1+ years of Spiritual Counseling experience and experience in Hospice or Home Health. Part-time role with semi-monthly pay and 401(k) benefits in Austin, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or ordained by a major religious body or organization - required
- 1+ years' experience as a Spiritual Counselor - preferred
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
