Job Summary
Provide holistic spiritual care to dying patients and their loved ones across a 50-mile service area around Grand Rapids, MI. Assess spiritual, physical, psychological, and social needs of terminally ill individuals, then assist in developing and monitoring the Plan of Care with proactive interventions. Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care strategies. This full-time role requires flexibility for some nights, weekends, and holidays on-call responsibilities. A Masters of Divinity or Clinical Pastoral Education is preferred.
