Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic plans including budget development and management. Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff by consulting on difficult ethical decisions such as preparing advanced directives. Provide end-of-life support and bereavement resources while educating volunteers on spiritual care in health and healing. Requires one to three years of active ministry in church or healthcare settings and a Bachelor's degree in theology. Salary range is $32.00-$38.00 with a robust benefits package including PTO, retirement, and medical coverage.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) to three (3) years of active ministry in church or healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree in theology or related field
- Theological understanding and respect towards all faith expressions
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of at least one (1) to four (4) units of clinical pastoral education at Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) or National Association of Catholic Chaplains approved centers
