Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic plans including budget development and management. Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff by consulting on difficult ethical decisions such as preparing advanced directives. Show attention to those facing the end of life and provide bereavement resources to both residents and families. Educate staff and volunteers on the importance of spiritual care in health and healing. Requires one to three years of active ministry in a church or healthcare setting and a Bachelor's degree in theology. Salary range is $28 - $30/hr with a robust benefits package including PTO, retirement, and medical coverage.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) to three (3) years of active ministry in church or healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree in theology or related field
- Theological understanding and respect towards all faith expressions
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of at least one (1) to four (4) units of clinical pastoral education at Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) or National Association of Catholic Chaplains approved centers
