SPIRE IT Manager/System Administrator

Job Summary
Serve as the primary internal technology resource, overseeing day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, and cybersecurity coordination across SPIRE's multi-building campus. Manage wired and wireless network infrastructure, Google Workspace cloud systems, and audio-visual event technology for classrooms, athletic venues, and residential life. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinate with managed service providers and vendors, and lead IT projects from planning through implementation. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, manage data backups and disaster recovery plans, and oversee the annual IT budget. Provide clear communication during outages and ensure reliable technology connectivity for a diverse community of student-athletes, faculty, staff, and guests in a fast-paced sports-oriented environment.
