Job Summary
Operate spiral binding equipment to produce bound documents following QA checklist and the SpiralBinding Workflow, complete finishing services as required, and meet or exceed production goals with attention to detail and dexterity; onsite in Memphis, TN, with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Entry-level computer experience (required)
- Ability to perform tasks that require hand-eye coordination as well as dexterity
- Focused on accomplishing a given task. Must be goal-oriented and organized
- Patience and focus with high attention to detail (required)
- Able to manage time efficiently to meet hourly goals (required)
- Must be dependable, flexible and have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice (required)
