Job Summary
Prep and manage spinal instrumentation and implants while supporting surgical teams during life-changing procedures. Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure. Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts to ensure successful case coverage. Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service with professionalism, urgency, and integrity. Maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule and demonstrate composure in high-pressure, clinical settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate's degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience
- High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience
- 4+ years of military service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Flexibility for an on-call schedule
