Job Summary
Conduct core spine surgical procedures annually while treating degenerative, traumatic, and elective spine conditions to build a thriving referral base. Manage general orthopedic call and coverage responsibilities as the spine and general orthopedics balance evolves within the collaborative Emory orthopedic team. Focus on developing a strong community-based practice, with complex tertiary and quaternary cases referred to Emory in Atlanta. Maintain a valid Georgia medical license, DEA certificate, and M.D. or D.O. degree.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.)
- valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia
- valid DEA certificate without restriction
- computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Experience in outpatient medical practice
