Job Summary
Spine Global Inventory Management Lead responsible for executing regional/global inventory initiatives, improving inventory policies and processes, and coordinating cross-functional programs within the Inventory Planning group. Owns key inventory projects for a business platform, drives MEIO and replenishment policies, tracks KPIs and SLOB reduction, ensures data integrity and reproducible analyses, and communicates recommendations to stakeholders. Supports IBP integration and master-data improvements, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in inventory efficiency and service levels across Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; and West Chester, PA locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of inventory planning / supply chain planning experience
- strong analytical skills
- experience with planning systems, data analytics (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Python, R, SQL), advanced Excel
- ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional projects
