Spine-Focused Neurosurgeon | Career-Life Balance at UPMC Level II Trauma Center| $50K Sign-On

UPMC Hamot is recruiting a spine-focused neurosurgeon for a full-time role in Erie, PA, with an 80-90% spine and 10-20% cranial case mix, in a Level II Trauma Center. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (6 neurosurgeons, neurohospitalists, neurologists, neuroradiology, and APPs) and work within an integrated Epic EMR. Offer includes a $50K sign-on, CME stipend, relocation benefit, PSLF eligible, and a comprehensive benefits package. Immigration considerations include J1 Waiver and H-1B; licensure and DEA certification required. Fellowship is not required but Accredited Spine Neurosurgery Fellowship is a plus. Physician will have balanced schedule, dedicated OR block time, and opportunities for professional growth within a high-volume practice. Qualifications include MD/DO, completed Neurosurgery residency, ABNS eligibility or certification, PA license eligibility, and DEA certification.
