Spine Care Coordinator

Spine Care Data Coordinator responsible for coordinating between surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff, collecting and entering Patient Outcome Data into national databases, and analyzing/reporting data at scheduled meetings. Teaches pre-op classes, monitors outcomes and patient satisfaction, develops teaching materials, and serves as Spine Care Navigator to communicate patient care status among spine professionals and primary care physicians. Conducts bedside rounds post-operatively and addresses workflow issues; requires independent work and strong organization, teaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills; proficient with Microsoft Office. Full-time, 1st shift (8:00am-5:00pm), Greenwood, SC.
