Job Summary
Conduct customer support and consultation for existing life insurance and occupational pension contracts, focusing on inbound telephone inquiries and contract content explanations. Process business transactions within the portfolio management system, maintain and administer contract data, and perform daily administrative tasks. Support the optimization of processes and service workflows. Work 30 hours per week with individually planable schedules between 8:00 and 18:00, including mobile work options up to five days. Requires experience in the insurance sector, strong German language skills (C1), and a structured, service-oriented approach. Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld (z. B. durch Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufspraxis)
- Fähigkeit, am Telefon sicher und fachlich fundiert Auskunft zu geben
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
