Job Summary
Manage supplier, price, and condition data within internal systems to ensure high data quality and consistency. Monitor contractual agreements, identify early deviations, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies efficiently. Update contract data to maintain smooth operational workflows and work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to drive continuous process improvement. Analyze invoice and condition variances with suppliers and wholesalers to guarantee swift and sustainable resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Vertragsmanagement oder in administrativen Funktionen
- Erfahrung in der Vertragsadministration, im Procurement Support oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere in Excel
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wie Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Ausgeprägtes Auge für Details
- Sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Organisationsstärke
- Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder effektiv zu koordinieren
Desired Qualifications
- Idealweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wie Microsoft Dynamics AX
