Job Summary
Operate and program laser and bending machines while independently processing sheet metal from cutting through robotic cleanup to deburring. Establish and run bending machines focusing on stable, repeatable processes using robotics, ensuring smooth Kanban material flow within the foundry. Guarantee on-time delivery of finished products, maintain quality control in your process step, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through KVP and Lean management. Requires EFZ training in mechanics or metalworking with experience in sheet metal processing, laser cutting, and bending. Full-time position in Burgdorf with flexible work models and free parking available.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Mechaniker, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer oder Metallbauer EFZ
- Erfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung, insbesondere Laser- und/oder Abkanttechnik
- Routine in Teilfertigung, Laserschneiden und Abkanten
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Maschinensteuerungen
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Produktionsabläufen, Materialfluss und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung (Lean / KVP)
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
