Job Summary
Conduct technical first-level and second-level support for customer inquiries via phone, email, or the C4C ticket system, analyzing remote malfunctions to restore machine availability. Execute worldwide on-site assignments for installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections at client locations. Document every support case thoroughly to ensure complete tracking and serve as a technical liaison by feeding customer feedback to development and product teams. Maintain on-call rotation and readiness to support service organization. Requires technical or electrotechnical vocational training with experience in international machine building, fundamental knowledge in control and electrotechnics, and fluency in German and English. 20% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische oder elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Maschinenbau oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Kundendienstumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Steuerungs- und Elektrotechnik
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 20%
