Job Summary
Negotiate purchases and sales of land parcels, manage property assets including utility accounting, and coordinate external experts for legal and technical matters. Process contracts and handle land registry implementations while maintaining comprehensive documentation of the property portfolio. Proactively secure land for infrastructure projects and oversee administrative development of the real estate inventory. Requires multiple years of experience in land management, preferably within the railway or infrastructure sector, and knowledge of land law, cadastre, and compensation regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau bzw. Immobilienkaufmann
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Grundstücksmanagement
- Kenntnisse im Grundstücksrecht, insbesondere im Grundbuch-, Kataster- und Vertragsrecht sowie im Entschädigungsrecht von Infrastrukturprojekten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Verlässlichkeit
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- gute Zusammenarbeit im Team
- strukturiertes, eigenständiges und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen
Desired Qualifications
- Weiterbildung zum Immobilienfachwirt bzw. zur Immobilienfachwirtin
- Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft, Geografie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Infrastruktur- oder Bahnsektor
- Erfahrung mit SAP
- Erfahrung mit GIS-Systemen
