Conduct active follow-up of open accounts via phone and email, analyze payment arrears, and develop appropriate solutions. Negotiate payment agreements and monitor compliance, while collaborating closely with sales, customer service, controlling, and the shared service center. Create reports and support collection, enforcement, and escalation processes. This role requires extensive experience in debt management, legal knowledge, and strong German and English skills. We offer an unlimited full-time position (40 hours) with flexible working hours, up to two days of home office, and a six-month onboarding period.
