Manage studio operations by conducting member care on the training floor, organizing trial sessions, and creating personalized training plans. Drive member acquisition and retention while ensuring quality standards align with internal guidelines. Support inventory management, participate in marketing events, and assist in recovering terminated members. Maintain compliance with all regulations and contribute to improving Google reviews and trial statistics. Perform cleaning duties as part of daily responsibilities. This role includes a dual training system with monthly presence phases at the SAFS, offering tuition coverage and pathways to leadership positions within clever fit's expanding network.
