Conduct member care on the training floor, lead trial sessions, and create personalized training plans while actively guiding members. Drive member acquisition and retention, manage inventory in compliance with internal and external guidelines, and contribute to marketing campaigns and events. Ensure adherence to all regulations and assist in re-engaging terminated members to meet Google review and trial statistics targets. Perform cleaning duties and participate in a bi-weekly presence phase at the SAFS.
