Fabricate ventilation ducts, form parts, and special components from sheet metal in the workshop. Assemble air piping systems and duct networks on construction sites by working from technical drawings, parts lists, and isometrics. Process, cut, edge, join, and adapt sheets for precise parts, then inspect ventilation components for airtightness, dimensional accuracy, and function. Coordinate cleanly with mounting crews, the workshop, and site supervisors on special solutions. Requires a completed apprenticeship in sheet metal work, ventilation construction, or technical plant installation, plus experience in bending and assembly. Full-time employment with 30 days vacation, a 4.5-day work week, and overtime pay.
