Job Summary
Respond to real-time, urgent, or STAT requests for product, supplies, and equipment distribution. Receive inbound shipments, unload, sort, and stage materials while validating quantities and resolving receiving issues. Deliver supplies to designated nursing departments and locations using established chain of custody protocols, operating delivery vehicles in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Manage specialty response carts for emergencies, disasters, and surges, and create orders via the enterprise resource system. Reconcile items into the inventory management system and act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- 1 or more years of experience in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department
- Must maintain required licenses and medical clearances
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree in a related field of study from an accredited college or university
- 2 or more years of experience working in a supply chain environment
- 2 or more years of experience in healthcare
- 2 or more years of experience in process improvement or inventory control
