Job Summary
Senior SLW Ambassador spearheads community-focused initiatives and drives local engagement for First United. Responsibilities include coordinating events, conducting on-site education courses, overseeing SLW Lobby elements and calendars, leading relationships with CRFM, SMA, and Love & Impact Councils, and collaborating with Marketing, Retail Management, and other teams to execute localized SLW strategies. Must lead teams, manage multiple projects, and translate data into actionable insights while promoting SLW pillars, engaging with community organizations, and representing the bank in public-facing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field
- Two to three years’ work experience in a related field
- Sales or Marketing experience preferred
