Job Summary
Conduct engaging SpellBee lessons teaching spelling rules, etymology, and pronunciation while guiding students through interactive games and quizzes. Design structured lesson plans tailored to learner age and proficiency, then track progress by assessing understanding and providing feedback. Prepare students for school-level, national, and international contests using virtual teaching tools like Zoom or Google Meet. Adapt sessions based on individual learning styles to strengthen vocabulary and command over the English language.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
- Excellent command of English spelling, grammar, and pronunciation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Passion for teaching and helping learners grow
- Stable internet connection
- A quiet, professional setup for online sessions
- Proficiency in using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet
