Speech Therapy Team Leader

Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments while administering skilled therapy and monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, supporting staff development, performance management, and team scheduling to achieve business objectives. Coordinate paperwork and training while driving continuous quality improvement. Requires current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, BLS certification, and minimum three years discipline-specific experience. Active on the Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.
